FAQ’s:

Do we direct bill?

Yes! However please bring a backup method of payment to your appointment in the case that your insurance company needs to review your claim or they’re having system issues.

If I book my appointments online do I have to pay upfront even if I have insurance coverage?

Yes, all online bookings require payment up front, if you would like to direct bill please call or message the clinic and we can book for you. If you would like to pay online we can write you a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.

Can I book a ninety minute appointment online?

No – if you would like to book a ninety minute or two hour appointment please call the clinic as these must be manually adjusted.

Do you do couples massages?

No we do not do same room massages, however we can absolutely book two people in at the same time with different therapists.
