Justine Eddleston, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Justine Eddleston is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from MacEwan University’s 2200 hour massage therapy program in 2019. Justine was born and raised on a farm near Paradise Valley. Justine’s passion for sports, health and wellness, and her interest in the human body led her to massage therapy. Justine has been trained in various massage techniques and and services. She specializes in therapeutic massage while still providing a relaxing environment. Maintenance and rehabilitative massage have come to be one of her main interests involving deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, stretching, and remedial exercise. Justine also offers dynamic cupping to further release fascial restrictions. Through these modalities, Justine hopes to be able to enhance your body’s function, range of motion, or overall comfort.

Margaret Cunanan, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Margaret completed her Spa Massage Practitioner program in 2020 and received honours with distinction. She then took Massage Therapy program from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and graduated with honours in January 2021. She is a member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.

Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Margaret was in the service industry and was part of the management team for many years. She took Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Advertising and Public Relations. She was a supervisor at the Servus Sports Centre for 6 years before she decided to take massage therapy. Outside work, Margaret loves to cook for her family and friends. She discovered her passion for different cuisines after taking Culinary Arts at International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management.

Margaret offers Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cupping, Jadestone, assisted stretching, target muscle release of the neck and shoulders, myofascial release, remedial exercises, trigger point release, hydrotherapy recommendations, orthopaedic assessments and treatment of pathologies of the entire musculoskeletal system.

Margaret always felt the need to create something that could impact not only people’s health and well-being, but also their lives. She believes health and wellness is unique to each individual. As a massage therapist, she is looking forward to helping clients achieve their individual health and wellness goals.

Katie King, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Katie King is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from a 2200 hour program at Grant MacEwan University in 2012. Katie was born and raised on a farm just North of Lloydminster. After graduating she moved to Moose Jaw where she spent 2 years working in a chiropractor and physiotherapy clinic; during this time Katie focused on working with clients who had injuries resulting in motor vehicle accidents and work related accidents. In 2014, Katie returned to Lloydminster and began working for pureREVIVAL. Katie has taken courses on Advanced Techniques for the upper back and shoulder and Advanced Techniques for lower back and hip. Katie specializes in using therapeutic techniques to treat a variety of injuries and conditions, as well as, using a combination of deep tissue and relaxation techniques to treat those with everyday aches and pains. She loves to work with prenatal clients, children, and athletes. Katie has a special interest in fitness and nutrition and is constantly researching to improve her knowledge of the body and to benefit her client’s health.

Romeo Gamboa, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Romeo, is one of the nicest human beings you will meet! A loving husband with not just 2 cute kiddos, but a 3rd on the way and due in May2022. He’s an RMT that works mainly late afternoon into evening shifts, 5days/ week to better accommodate his busy little family.

Romeo loves cars and is a part of the #nuffsaidlloydminster crew that you probably noticed a few months ago featured in @meridiansource newspaper. He is an avid sports fan and loves everything basketball. He stays fit to keep up to his family and takes care of himself to better his clients, by lifting weights at the gym.

In clinic, Romeo connects well with the sports clients! He is really good at mobility work within his treatments. For someone who just graduated and became a Full Registered Massage Therapist, Romeo is greatly focused on his clientele, is able to assess and treat efficiently as he listens and understands the body fully. Romeo educates his clients nicely with self-care maintenance advice to better improve his clients health.

Romeo’s interest in massage moving forward is everything sports related- cupping, Graston technique just to name a few. He’s excited to educate himself further to help our community to stay healthy.

Pauline Spooner, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Pauline Spooner has just completed her training as a registered massage therapist this past July 2023 from a 2200- hour program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy.
She is excited about starting this new chapter in her life. Pauline will be offering, relaxation and therapeutic massage, pre and post-natal massage and myofascial cupping.
After being in business with her husband for the past 30 years in the construction field, Pauline is challenging herself to step out into the massage world and wants to make a difference with her clients and help them achieve their overall wellness goals.

Nicole Carter, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

In 2003, Nicole graduated from The University of Calgary with a Bachelors of Kinesiology and Bachelors of Education. In 2017, she graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy where she received Honours with Distinction in the Massage Therapy 2200 hour program. In 2019, Nicole completed an Evidence Based Cupping certification and in 2021 she became certified in Orthopedic Massage techniques. Nicole is registered with NHPC (Natural Health Practitioners of Canada).

Nicole prefers to focus on the concerns of her clients and to customize each massage to fit her clients' needs. Her massage style is a combination of deep relaxation with therapeutic techniques which relieve muscle tension and discomfort. She is passionate about helping her clients to lead pain-free, healthy lives. Outside of work, she is passionate about fitness and works part-time as a fitness instructor. Nicole looks forward to working with you, whether it is to compliment your rehabilitation or to simply help you relax!

Emily Thompson, RMT

Emily Wilson is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from a 2200 hour program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2021. Emily was born and raised on a ranch near Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, and now resides near Hillmond, Saskatchewan with her fiancé. Emily’s interest in sports, health and wellness and the benefits she has received from massage, have led her to becoming a RMT in hopes of helping others.
Emily uses a combination of deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation techniques, myofascial release and stretching to help her clients leave feeling healthy and pain-free. Emily’s hopes are to continue her education in Myofascial cupping, Advance hip and glute techniques, and sports massage to name a few.

Charmaine Hubbard, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Charmaine is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from a 2200 hour program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in June of 2022. Charmaine was born and raised in Argyle, Nova Scotia and moved to Lloydminster in 2008 . Although new to the massage world, Charmaine looks forward to bring her knowledge of massage over to her clients and help them heal faster from injury.
Growing up, Charmaine played many school sports but it was not until she found a love for running that she found out how important massage can help aid in recovery. Her passion is to help people do it was only fitting that she got into massage therapy. Charmaine uses a combination of therapeutic, relaxation, and myofascial release techniques to help her clients recover from injury and leave pain- free. Charmaine is also certified in Myofascial Cupping and Athletic Tapping and plans on taking her Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization ( IASTM) in the near future .

Alanna Tyner, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Alanna Tyner is a registered massage therapist who completed her education at MacEwan University in
2018 after being raised on a small farm local to the Lloydminster area. Since completion of her education,
Alanna has branched out and worked with a large demographic population to establish a vast library of
massage therapy techniques to ensure efficient and long term patient healing. Her treatments typically
consist of injury assessment, target muscle release, active and passive stretching and established home
care plans to promote constant healing. Working with a team of various health care professionals in the
past has encouraged her to recommend and refer patients to the appropriate health care bodies and aid in
total rehabilitation. Dynamic cupping, sports taping, aromatherapy, target muscle release, and
pre/postnatal care are important integrated techniques and tools within her practice.
Alanna’s love of sports, mental health care awareness, and working with individuals in need are some of
the things that encouraged her to become an RMT. Working with people, and developing trusted
professional relationships, continues to add to her passion for massage therapy. Alanna wishes to further
her education and specialize in headache and migraine management coming up in 2024.

Carey Mase, RMT

Specialties: deep tissue massage, Dynamic & Static Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release.
Carey graduated from the Northern Institute of Massage Therapy program in 2003. Having an extensive competitive sporting background, Carey’s interests early in her massage career focussed on athletes to assist in their healing & recovery. Carey uses many therapeutic techniques to make her treatments effective & gives her clients knowledge in findings along with home care strategies.
Through 20+years experience and continued training, Carey has learned to view the body as a whole, not a compilation of symptoms. She specializes in Manual Lymphatic drainage, which allows her to help clients pre & post operatively along with lymphatic conditions and a myriad of other health conditions. Carey knows firsthand the value of massage therapy and the role her techniques play in supporting bodies through all stages of healing, wellness, and proactive care.
