Romeo loves cars and is a part of the #nuffsaidlloydminster crew that you probably noticed a few months ago featured in @meridiansource newspaper. He is an avid sports fan and loves everything basketball. He stays fit to keep up to his family and takes care of himself to better his clients, by lifting weights at the gym.
••
In clinic, Romeo connects well with the sports clients! He is really good at mobility work within his treatments. For someone who just graduated and became a Full Registered Massage Therapist, Romeo is greatly focused on his clientele, is able to assess and treat efficiently as he listens and understands the body fully. Romeo educates his clients nicely with self-care maintenance advice to better improve his clients health.
••
Romeo’s interest in massage moving forward is everything sports related- cupping, Graston technique just to name a few. He’s excited to educate himself further to help our community to stay healthy.

2018 after being raised on a small farm local to the Lloydminster area. Since completion of her education,
Alanna has branched out and worked with a large demographic population to establish a vast library of
massage therapy techniques to ensure efficient and long term patient healing. Her treatments typically
consist of injury assessment, target muscle release, active and passive stretching and established home
care plans to promote constant healing. Working with a team of various health care professionals in the
past has encouraged her to recommend and refer patients to the appropriate health care bodies and aid in
total rehabilitation. Dynamic cupping, sports taping, aromatherapy, target muscle release, and
pre/postnatal care are important integrated techniques and tools within her practice.
Alanna’s love of sports, mental health care awareness, and working with individuals in need are some of
the things that encouraged her to become an RMT. Working with people, and developing trusted
professional relationships, continues to add to her passion for massage therapy. Alanna wishes to further
her education and specialize in headache and migraine management coming up in 2024.
